License Restored, Saved 4+ Years License Loss
I hired attorney James Dunn, and I'm very glad I did. We took the case all the way to trial where he prevented the DA from introducing evidence they hadn't provided earlier. The DA conceded and had to dismiss one of the charges. Then, James won a Not Guilty for the remaining OUI charge.
After winning the not guilty, James immediately filed a motion to reinstate my license. The judge agreed and signed the order. Overall, James saved me at least another 4 years without a license.
I couldn't be happier with the result, and would 100% recommended him if you need a lawyer especially in an OUI case.
