Not Guilty After Jury Trial, License Restored
I definitely recommend attorney Dunn if you want to fight your OUI. Two cops testified that I was swerving all over the road and failed all the roadside tests. They also said I was slurring my words and could barely stand up on my own. But James was prepared for trial and used the cops' own video to show that I walked completely normal, stood completely normal and spoke completely normal - completely contradicting how the police said I looked and sounded that night. The jury took only a few minutes to find me NOT GUILTY!
